    You can pay for online orders with a debit card, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. You can also pay with PayPal.

  • » How do I pay with check or wire transfer?

    In order to pay with a check, you will need to follow the Order Offline link at the bottom of each page. Please print the form and submit it with your check to the address provided. To pay by wire transfer contact our office toll-free at 800.635.2452

  • » Can I be billed for later payment for my purchase?

    This option is not open to customers placing an order online, customers doing business with us for the first time, customers with invoices that are passed due, or customers placed on our "prepayment only" list.   • » Why must I pay tax on an online order?

    Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable rate based on the ship-to address.

  • » How can I redeem credits or coupon codes?

    To redeem a coupon code for a special offer or discount, it must be entered at the time of checkout. If your coupon code does will not work when entered, call our toll-free number. To redeem credit from a previous order, call us toll-free at 800.635.2452.

  • » Can I use multiple coupon codes in one order?

    It depends. If the coupon codes you're applying are for different products (e.g. one code for 15% off instruments and one code for 5% off madajet), then the shopping cart will accept multiple coupon codes. However, if the coupon codes are for the same product the shopping cart will not accept multiple coupon codes.

    Since we consider our customers our most valuable asset, we make every effort to offer the very lowest price possible for the highest quality products. Our pricing is also determined by the fluctuation of costs to make or distribute products that maintain our high standards. We will not raise the price of an item if it is not absolutely neccessary to do so and will in most cases provide notification of the adjustment well in advance. However, we do reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

    The exceptional quality of our products is due to the rigorous testing and quality assurance standards that we've put in place over the passed two decades. This is to ensure that every product lives up to the VasectomyStore standard of excellence. LiBrand instruments are made of high grade surgical stainless steel, crafted to exacting tolerances for reliability and function.

  • » Are my products covered under warranty?

    Most products on are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. LiBrand Instruments are backed by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. All cauteries have a 4 year shelf life. All battery-operated products must be stored under temperate conditions, if necessary in an air conditioned storage place or facility, as high heat or intense cold may damage them. If a product is identified as defective upon arrival, it will be replaced free of charge, or credited against future purchases at Advanced Meditech International's sole option. This warranty does not apply to damage or misuse or abuse of product.
    Warranty is void if any product has been altered in any manner, or if repair was performed by someone other than a qualified Advanced Meditech International service representative. This warranty is expressly limited to the terms and conditions stated above. Products distributed by Mada Medical are covered by the manufacturers warranty and are not in any warranteed by Advanced Meditech International.

Return Policy

  • » How do I submit a claim for damaged items or shortages?

    Merchandise should be carefully examined upon receipt to ascertain any error or shortage. Claims for shortage must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made by the buyer directly to the carrier and our office notified within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

  • » How do I return merchandise?

    Defective product or unwanted merchandise received as a result of AMI's error may be returned for repair, replacement, or credit upon receipt of a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). An RMA may be obtained by submitting a claim in writing (on your business letter head) via mail, email or fax. (see the contact us options)
    Unauthorized returns will be refused by our office and returned to sender freight collect. Returns are to be freight prepaid unless alternative arrangements are made. Credits will be issued with an allowance for the condition and age of the merchandise. Returns must show date of purchase, date of delivery, invoice number, and be accompanied by the RMA issued by Advanced Meditech International.
    Unless otherwise noted, credit for all merchandise returned in resalable condition within 90 days of invoice date will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
    For health reasons, any used surgical instrument returned for repair or replacement must be sterile.

  • » Is certain merchandise in non-returnable?

    Yes, Merchandise held longer than 90 days, discontinued products, used products (unless shown to be defective), all wearables and thermal packs, as well as DVD's, Books, and Educational Materials are not eligible for return.

    • Basic Ground Shipping: $11.50 SHIPPING AND HANDLING
    • Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat fee $24.50 for Fedex
    • For 2-Day FedEx Service to AK & HI it is $40.00, for next day Fedex to AK and HI it is $55.00.
    • For most International destinations, standard shipping on items up to 1 kilograms is via International Express Mail for US$59.00. Over 1 kilograms, shipping will be at actual cost.
    • Unless detailed shipping instructions are specified in the order, we reserve the right to select the method of transportation.

    In most cases, we ship less than 24 hours after receiving your order with payment. Shipment to AK & HI via FedEx add $37.50; to International destinations via International Express Mail (for a charge of $59.00). If you have special shipping needs or requirements, please contact our order department to make alternative arrangements. Please note that the shipping rate is based on product weight. For most International destinations, standard shipping on items up to 1 kilograms is via USPS International Express Mail for $59.00 USD. Over 1 kilograms, shipping will be at actual cost.

  • » How long does standard ground shipping take to deliver? ships standard ground via Fedex Ground (unless otherwise specified). Product shipping times may vary based on the availability of the products, weather or other factors. However in most cases, order are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Thus standard shipping may take between 3 to 5 business days inside the 48 contiguous states. Please note most of our products are shipped from New York City, USA.

  • » What is expedited shipping and how soon can I expect delivery? expedited shipping orders are handled by a variety of carriers. Whichever carrier offers the best service at that time and destination will be selected. Product shipping times may vary based on the availability of the products, weather or other factors. However in most cases, order are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Expedited shipping takes 1 to 2 business days if placed by the 3 p.m. ET. Orders received after 3 p.m. will be processed the next business day. Orders cannot be shipped expedited outside the 48 contiguous states. Please see the order checkout page for current pricing.
